Very clean and updated room close to the port and shops. The bed was extremely comfortable. The host was helpful in helping us with parking. Will definitely stay here in our next stay in Volo.

We loved the location, from the hotel we went to Plaka beach walking, but there is beach also in from of the rooms. All restaurants and cafes at walking distance. The hotel has an amazing terrace with sea view for breakfast or cocktails. Very cozy and relaxing stay. Their breakfast is delicious.

Archontiko Xantha se nachází v destinaci Makrinítsa a nabízí zahradu, sdílený lounge, terasu a bezplatné Wi-Fi. Xantha is great for two reasons: the stunning view of the Pagasetic Gulf, the mountains and Volos; and the really wonderful lady who is now running the place (and who also speaks very good English). One should take into account that the road up is steep, narrow and at some places winding, not an easy one, and it's best to have a good engine, but it's well worth it for the view from your little balcony and the friendliness and generosity of the hostess: who not only invited me to eat as many of the ripe figs from the trees as I possibly could, but even paid my bill with the dinner delivery man (you can order food up) since I was in the shower!... As well as your own balcony, there's also a verandah off the drawing room with its own view of the Gulf, and the outside patio sitting area is especially nice. There's an open bar in the main drawing room of the hotel where you can make yourself herb tea from a varied selection, or of course coffee. So unless you would find the drive up difficult, Xantha is very highly recommended!

Stavros and Chrysanthy welcomed us like we are a family. They showed hospitality above any expectations. Stavros gave us great local insights and all needed information to have a wonderful time in Pelion. And Chrysanthy is a brilliant cook. You can see all the love they put in maintaining the garden, decorating the interior and taking care of their pets. The location is perfect for visiting all the best beaches in Pelion. We will certainly come back again.
