The room was clean (with daily cleaning services), spacious, and featured a huge terrace with a stunning view of the sea and sunsets. We loved the proximity to the private beach with its crystal-clear water. The pool was also amazing, but we couldn’t get enough of the sea breeze, swimming, snorkeling, and admiring the sunsets from the sunbeds. The food was delicious—very tasty, varied, and served in generous portions. We really enjoyed having the option to dine at the property’s restaurant. The drinks… oh, the cocktails! So many options—we couldn’t have asked for more. And last but not least (and perhaps the highlight of our stay): the staff! They were simply exceptional—attentive, empathetic, cheerful, and always eager to make guests feel their best. Thank you all, and congratulations on the amazing job you’re doing!

House Charistos se nachází v destinaci Neos Marmaras, v budově z roku 1988, a poskytuje a pokoje s bezplatným Wi-Fi. Jen 600 metrů odtud je Pláž Neos Marmaras. staff is very friendly and the room was very clean. the location is also perfect

Naprosto fantastické ubytování, vybral jsem si lepší pokoj s velkou terasou a pohovkou na terase. Krásné materiály a obklady, ladí oku a estetice, cítíte se tam moc příjemně. Oceňuji studenou vodu v lednici po příjezdu, to se vždy hodí. Jen sejdete několik kroků a jste v kavárně, nebo restauraci nebo u moře nebo na procházce prakticky v centru. Pohodlná postel, předokenní rolety takže v noci máte klid a tmu na spaní, pohodlné polštáře. Parkování je kousíček od domu, prostě pohoda. Jediné mínus je že na pokoji nemáte žádné informace, třeba malý průvodce okolím a třeba ani heslo k wifi - takový základ. Ale já používám data tak jsem nepotřeboval. Jen to trochu kazí ten vysoko nastavený standard a je to škoda... Určitě ale doporučuji všem!

We liked the position of the apartment, it was 1 minute from the beach ⛱️, 5 minutes from the center and right next door to a fabulous fish restaurant. The apartment had almost everything you need!

The room was clean, the towels were replaced after 3 days ( enough. Is anyone changing them daily at home?). We did not hear cars from the road (with closed windows). Air conditioning is working fine. A big plus here - the owners. They are very, very nice, they want to make sure you have everything you need. The breakfast is the same everyday, but it was fine for us.

The host was very kind and as in Sarti there were issues with public parking, the host tried every time to keep a parking slot.

The villa was comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The owner and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We especially loved the delicious breakfast and the spectacular view from the villa. Watching the sunset from the pool was pure bliss. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Villa Ventsislava.

Very nice Villa in a beautiful setting. The room is very spacious, 2 floors, each with a balcony facing the sea. Everything is brand new.. The hosts are very nice and caring. The room has a small kitchenette, but isn't really set up for cooking. A good breakfast is served by the pool. There is a nice village 3 minutes away by car.
