Everything was very nice and good maintenance, we love the balcony. It was also just a 15 minutes walk to the beach if you take a shortcut. And that really made it outstanding. Lots of eating joints also in walkable distance and convenient store to purchase anything and everything. Edward is very nice and guiding us in many things also in booking the tours and booking taxi. It was a very big help for us and we really enjoyed the stay and definitely plan to go again. Will definitely recommend it with a double 5 star .

We absolutely enjoyed our stay with Hailey and Banty. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The vibe is laid back and you feel more like home rather than in a Hostel. The room was spacious even had a fridge and a wonderful view. The location is great, close to the market and beach.

Beautiful old house kept in excellent condition, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, in the picturesque Fontainhas neighbourhood of Panaji. The host and staff are very welcoming and accommodating, the rooftop terrace is lovely, filled with plants and offering beautiful views - perfect place to have breakfast. The homemade jam served with the goan bread was delicious, and whenever I was on the property I enjoyed the company of the friendly ginger cat resident, as well as that of the cute dogs visiting sometimes. Confortable, large and clean room. The house is located in a very quiet area, and it is just 15-20min walk to the Immaculate-Conception Church. The host is friendly and willing to help with useful info for travelling across Goa. Included breakfast is really great. Quality over price ratio is great imo.

Very clean for Arambol standards, and kind host. For the price is kinda unbeatable with walking distance to most coffeeshops and beach, right in the center. White walls new clean floors and all amenities in kitchen etc.
