Very autentic place and quiet, hiding from the small road at 2 min walk from the beach. The staff is a cute indian family, they are so sweet and kind. AC and fan works well. We would recommand you the rooms downstairs in the main traditional entrance in front to the garden. If you rent 2 rooms you will feel completely in a private place. Enjoy !

We booked the non a/c room and it was very comfortable. All the facilities were clean, we had lots of room and had access to a balcony where you could sit and read, and look out through the trees! Ivory Coaste is about 20-30 mins from the main Kannur town/train station. It is in a beautiful area, only a few minutes walk to a secluded beach and surrounded by nature. Aparna, the lovely host, served us 3 meals a day - all traditional Kerala style - which were all delicious. It was lovely sitting down to eat, chatting with Aparna and the other guests - it made us feel like we were right at home. Aparna was an amazing host, we felt very welcome and looked after. She shared some amazing stories about life in Kerala. Don’t think twice about booking here, it will definitely be a highlight of your holiday and travel. We would love to come back one day!

I was in a private room in this hostel, which was big and clean. The commutation was very good and the owner both nice and knowledgeable. There wasn’t a great deal around the immediate location but all that was needed were only a short walk away. The area felt very safe both day and night.

Excellent property with excellent stuff! We moved from the main cliff to Magnolia Property and it was the best thing we did. The property is clean, well maintained and there is also a pool in the property but that most probably will not be needed as the sea is at 50m. Nijab and the rest of the team are excellent! We had a health issue with my wife and all of them were very supportive and assisted us a lot. Additionally there is an on sight restaurant which is totally fantastic. If you are looking for a tranquil accommodation near the Beach, this is the place.
