You get the feeling of being with family, they take very good care of their guests and help with things such as renting a scooter, rickshaw etc. It's in a new and upcoming location, you can reach the main temple in 10 minutes by scooter or rickshaw.

I highly recommend to stay at Jaggannath his family house in Pithapuram; these people are real gems, they will do what they can to ensure the maximum success of your trip. Your stay will feel more like meeting your family. Also room 1 is very clean and the bed sleeps better than most 5stars. I recommend to consult with the family order food online and eat food in the house. Also dont forget to ask for fresh fruitjuices. The fruit juice only are enough reason to visit that place. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and everyone on the property wants you to make a good stay! Home made coffee and tea are excellent ;)! We are a family of 5, have backpacked in Kenya and India in last month, this is one of our most enjoyed place on a reasonable budget. Hot water, laundry service, free wifi, flat screen, working AC are not just a promise as in many other hotels we visited so far. Our hosts are present on the property always ready to help you with anything. E.g : we were looking for dinner and they made proposals and managed the delivery, we were looking for good places to visit and they made tuned recommandations for our group (we have a 6 year boy), we were looking to wash some of out cloths and they helped us with it.... and always with a BIG BIG SMILE ! Million thanks to Mr Balaji, his wife and personnel who have helped us to enjoy the stay ! Hope to visit you again ! We do recommend this place !

I would have initially said the location right on the beach, but it was truly the exceptional welcome and service by Ohm and his team. Food was terrific, rooftop deck was a delight, and Leila was the most precocious six year old to ever host us. Lots of great restaurants nearby and such attentive service.

Super nice! Very cozy and comfortable guesthouse, well-located away from the busy cliff tourist area (but still within walking distance). Our room was spacious, and the bed quality was excellent. The guesthouse is quiet and located just 1 minute away from the beach in a charming garden. Food is available, and laundry service is provided. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back if we return to Varkala!

I stayed here with my family (2 adults and 2 kids), and it was a great experience! It’s a really good budget-friendly hotel — the rooms were super clean, well-maintained, and just perfect for a comfortable stay. The receptionist was really helpful and answered all our questions without any hassle. The location is right in the heart of the city, and the room rates are very affordable. We also had a balcony room, which was a nice bonus! The bathrooms were especially clean and well looked after — a big plus for us. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a simple, pleasant, and hassle-free stay. Great job to the team!
