We had a great stay--it felt like a home away from home and a calming retreat from the busy-ness of the city. The gated community where the homestay is located was really nice and even had a little park. Aman and Ram were so kind and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always there to help with any questions we had. Breakfast was always hearty and fresh with fresh fruit. We had a great time here and would return when visiting varanasi again!

My wife and I stayed here recently for four nights and had a wonderful experience. We highly recommend it for both solo travelers and families. The Ashram is safe, peaceful, clean, and well-ventilated, offering a calm and restorative environment. Rooms with kitchens and other amenities are available if you plan a longer stay. The Ashram also facilitates Santh Seva, Gau Seva, and other spiritual activities based on your interest. The location is excellent within walking distance of major temples, ashrams, and close to many dining options. The staff, including the management team, front desk, housekeeping, and support staff, are warm, thoughtful, and attentive. They take care of every small detail to ensure a comfortable stay. We also had the opportunity to meet the Ashram trustees, who are truly kind and inspiring individuals. Highly recommended.

Vishnu is one of the most genuine, caring, kind,inspiring, knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate humans we have ever met in India! Our room was perfect, we slept like babies, the water hot and pressure was awesome! Location is prime, right off the Ghats but still quiet enough to get all the rest you need! Vishnu is known for his delicious chai and heartfelt conversation! He knows everything and everyone in Varanasi and can help you plan and execute your adventures with a quickness.. He truly cares about his guests and genuinely wants the best for you! If you want to go on a real adventure ask him about his street food tour, so awesome!! Over all we loved our stay and will always choose Maa Durga and Vishna when we visit Varanasi!!! Thank you for everything!!!
