We stayed in the Clubhouse. Stunning views, lovely kitchen to cook a delicious dinner. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The springs were magical and the restaurant (seafood soup!!) was delicious. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, we had the northern lights on New Year’s Eve. Thank you for a wonderful visit. Trip of a lifetime!

Refurinn Reykjavik Guesthouse se nachází v dobré lokalitě ve čtvrti Vesturbær v destinaci Reykjavík. Kostel Hallgrímskirkja se nachází 1,5 km daleko, Sólfar (Sluneční poutník) 1,6 km a Perlan 3,6 km. My favorite place to stay in Reykjavik! I spent almost two weeks there and had to keep changing the dates, etc., due to travel conflicts. I was accommodated by the owners immediately and with zero issues. The rooms are super clean, the kitchen is perfect AND there’s a washer & dryer! I barely heard any other guests - everyone was respectful of being quiet at night, etc. I will definitely stay here on my future trips (this was my 6th trip to Iceland). It beats all the overpriced hotels in the area. Perfect location to walk anywhere in the city and a super quick walk to the harbor, restaurants and grocery stores.

This is a hidden gem. Close to Reykjavik but still feels isolated, has beautiful views of the ocean, and large, clean, and comfortable room. Could’ve stayed there for far longer. Highly recommend.

Eric the Red is a perfectly located Guest House in Reykjavik just 60m/200ft from Hallgrímskirkja Church which is the biggest church and single most central point in Reykjavik, we are in short walking... We stayed in the garden house mid May. Despite our earlier misgivings, our studio was warm, not to say hot, probably thanks to a floor heating. The studio was small but had all the essentials incl. a desk and chair where one could work if required. Also, despite the fact that the place is very central just opposite the cathedral, the garden is very quiet. Everything was clean and neat, comfy bed, an electric kettle was provided. We could also go up to the main house kitchen and lounge for coffee. A kitchen for guests is provided if required. The host seems to be only intermittently present but this did not bother us since we did not have any issues, key in the lock, etc. Great location to see the city. The price was competitive -- esp. when compared to other venues that we inspected. What's not to like?

Situated in Reykjavik’s old city centre, this family-run property is across the street from Hallgrim’s Church. It offers a communal kitchen, as well as modern and fresh rooms with wooden furnishings. Nice location, exceptionally clean, good facilities and very friendly staff. Great value for money!

Set in a building dating back to 1916, this Reykjavík guest house is within 5 minutes’ walk of the popular Laugavegur shopping street. Both WiFi and private, on-site parking are free. Very spacious and comfortable accomodation.

Clean and functional with all necessary amenities present in the room. I was lucky to get a room upgrade to Comfort. Check-in was hassle free with the code being sent by message. The Bus stop 8 is just a 3 minutes walk from the Guesthouse. So it is very convenient for doing the various tours without having to do long walks to the pickup point or after drop off.
