If you are passing through Villa San Giovanni either going to or from Sicily, you should not even think of staying anywhere else but here! Honestly. Filly, the owner, is extremely friendly, and my room was so immaculately clean and neat and modern and comfortable. And the huge kitchen/sitting room is incredibly well equipped. Xenion is very close to the ferry dock. Great lighting, extremely comfortable bed, fast wifi, roller shutters on all the windows, nice air conditioning. I can’t recommend any place more than this one, and I stay at so many Booking.com places all over the world, especially in Europe.

We had an incredible stay in this apartment. The owner took such care and pride in the details of restoring the apartments in a 1700's building. The apartment was beautiful, tastefully decorated and had high quality amenities. The owners were very kind and generous. Beach towels and umbrellas were provided for use. The location in the heart of the old city made our experience wonderful. The historic areas, beaches, shopping and restaurants were all within walking distance. The owner helped us with parking outside the city limits within walking distance of the apartment.

It was a great experience to enjoy this wonderful B&B in this Italian hill town. Wonderful couple host you. Nicely remodelled 18th century home overlooking this quaint hillside village. They made us a lovely dinner (for an extra cost) and a simple breakfast as well included. Very nice bedroom with a nice modern bathroom. I enjoyed a little exploring by walking around the village. Make sure you get proper directions to find the place prior to setting out as it’s not as the GPS shows due to one road close to the B&B being blocked.

It was perfect stay, just 5 mins from the train station with easy access to the airport(bus every half an hour). They also provided some simple breakfast and coffee that was a great start of the day. Private room has bathroom and A/C, and you have access to the kitchen, shared with only one other room (it was empty during my stay) It was a really comfortable place and the bed was amazing

Beautiful room, easy entry. We were grateful that the baby crib we requested was supplied. Great place to stay.
