Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. It was perfectly clean, you can find everything you need! Possibly the cleanest and nicest place I have ever stayed in Italy! Location was also one of the major pluses- maybe less than 5 min walk time from the train station, IN THE city center, with lots of restaurants, bars, laundry around. The host is a super nice person, who helped us a lot, she is very responsive to any kind of requests. Wouldn't be more pleased!

The host was excellent and very helpful which was greatly appreciated after an atrocious experience at a nearby affittacamere. Everything was very easy and we managed to book and enter within the space of 30 minutes; which was a lifesaver when trucking around bags with an easily bored four year old. The room was much larger than I was expecting, and my daughter was ecstatic to get her first experience of a bunk bed when we discovered there was this option (she could have slept on the normal bed provided... but it's a bunk bed!). I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family.
