I used to work for a travel company and have very high expectations. They were exceeded here in Verona. Wow!

It is super safe due to the concierge at the entrance and is really welcoming and friendly. The host was always replying immediately and super friendly. I will definitely stay there during my next time in Verona and have reccomended it to my friends already.

Ideal location for all visitor sites, close to the river, and centre. The room is very comfortable, as is the bed. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Tea and coffee facilities plus chocolates by the bed are a great plus, after travelling. The fact that we could leave our cases safely until very late afternoon when we needed to catch our train, meant we could finish off exploring this beautiful city, and enter visitor attractions without the stress of luggage around us at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend this ideal accommodation.
