This is a beautiful hostel with amazing views and great clean facilities! It’s been the nicest one I’ve stayed in thus far! So close to the beach and great local restaurants! And the walk there Is beautiful!The hosts were very kind and lovely and even helped me plan my bus route up to ella! I highly recommend and was sad to leave!

The Surf Lodge is beautifully decorated with a lot of love and taste. It offers amazing breakfast and a direct access to the beach. It is managed by the super kind Che who was always very attentive to help us organize a few things around the area. What we particularly loved about the hotel (apart from the amazing spacious rooms and the delicious (vegetarian) food) was that it is Che’s family home and has such a friendly and calming vibe :) it’s only a short walk to local restaurants and bars and Madiha’s main beach is also only a few minutes away. The accommodation was very clean, which we really valued. With a tuk-tuk, it was easy to get anywhere quickly. The internet was reliable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there was drinking water available for everyone 24/7. We were very satisfied with our stay!

Parasol Dole is a little slice of heaven. We had the ultimate relaxation time where we were able to switch off from everything. The accommodation is beautiful. We loved the room, which had bi-folding doors directly out to the pool area and beach. The pool was clean and refreshing. We spent the majority of our time on the beach, which felt private as we were usually the only ones on it. There are body boards to use at your leisure and we had so much fun body boarding in the waves for hours on end. There is an area further up the beach that frequently has turtles, so we had the opportunity to snorkel and saw several turtles close to shore. The staff were so generous and hospitable. They kindly organised us tuk tuks into town whenever we needed, which always arrived within 10 minutes of booking. Roshan particularly went out of his way to recommend things to do in the area and offered to drive us round the town for some sightseeing. We couldn’t fault the service. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The pancakes, omelettes and fruit platter were exceptionally good! Highly recommend this serene and stunning boutique hotel and we will definitely return on our next visit to Sri Linka!

Great location right by the beach. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was lovely. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. No complaints at all – really enjoyed my stay!

The rooms are big, clean and spacious. The bed is huge with a mosquito net, windows that open and such a spacious garden, washing machine that works and a small kitchen, what a place. Felt home from Holland. Really good! Excellent even. In the evening it's quiet, WiFi is good!

The location is very nice, right across the street you find a passage to the beach, after a few minutes walking you are at the turtle beach and parrot rock. Next to it is Mirissa beach. On the other side, 5 min walk to the coconut beach where is perfect view of sunset. Also worth mentioning, right next door there is a shop for water. And opposite there is a fruit bar, everyday we grab a cool coconut before going back to the room. 2. The room is very spacious! Plenty of space to store our luggage and stuff. Nice balcony also. The pillow is soooo comfortable. Everything else was new and in good condition. Room was very clean as well. We were provided also shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. 3. The hosts are so nice and kind! They always smile and have been very helpful! 4. The garden also has place to hang and dry tithe clothes.
