The owner is kind, communicative and attentive, and the other staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms are spotlessly clean and everything is brand new. The building is modern but has lots of traditional aspects so you feel like you’re staying with your Moroccan family. I stayed in a few different rooms and each one was of the highest standard. The included breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the rooftop has great views of Rabat. I will definitely be staying here again when I next visit Morocco - I live here now 😂

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, La Résidence is located in Rabat, 2.4 km from Plage de Salé Ville and 1.3 km from Hassan Tower. The property is around 2.4 km from The National Library of the Kingdom of Morocco, 3.2 km from Bouregreg Marina and 4 km from Kasbah of the Udayas. The guest house features family rooms. I booked this hotel very last minute, and had no expectations. I was met with open arms by the most welcoming staff, who went out of their way to make every minute of my stay comfortable. The residence is spectacular to say the least, with the most incredible moroccan decorations in each room and within the whole villa which is accessible to all guests. The homemade breakfast is worthy of a queen and the garden and swimming pool are very well cared for by the kind gardener. The residence is a 5 minute walk from the tram and from the Hassan tower and other breathtaking monuments. I can highly recommend staying here for as long as you can.

The room was clean and cozy, and although small, it had everything we needed for a one-night stay. The breakfast served was delicious, providing a great start to our day. Located conveniently in the medina, the riad has a charming design that captures the traditional Moroccan aesthetic beautifully. The staff was very nice and willing to help, even offering suggestions on what to see in Rabat. It's important to note that the riad itself is not accessible by car, so you'll need to walk into the medina. The parking was available on a nearby street for about 3 EUR per night, Overall, Riad El Pacha offered excellent value for the price.
