I booked for 5 nights but ended up staying longer there. I liked everything about the hotel. Staff was very caring and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean, they provide cleaning service everyday. Very good breakfast was included. And just a few min walk to Boudha stupa. I would like to come back there!

Great view of Kathmandu and the temple. The location is great and is about a 15-20 min walk to the center. Owner is lovely gave us lots of tips and advice coming in to the place. We’re coming back to stay again as we have one more night Kathmandu after we left to Pokhara. Great place!

This is not the first visit to Nepal, but for the first time we stopped in Bhaktapur - it’s definitely worth doing! A wonderful, charming hotel in an ancient building on the oldest square in the city. We asked for a specific room and it was kindly provided to us. Everything was exactly as in the photo and even a little better. You must understand that in traditional houses there is no sound insulation and if the windows of your room overlook the square, you will hear 24 hours a day, but you will also be able to watch what is happening from the first row. The hotel is run by a very hospitable family and you can meet and interact with all generations. The service is excellent! Lovely rich breakfast, good restaurant menu and the best coffee. The most delicious yogurt in Nepal, just like “grandmother made.” The rooms are well equipped, comfortable beds, mosquito net (in our room), kettle, coffee maker, drinking water. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The garden courtyard, beautiful and super cozy. The restaurant staff, the security team, the receptionist, everyone were super helpful and kind. And the location, wow, near and right in the center of the beautiful Tibetan area of Boudha. We got the Stupa Suite, the best room in Rokpa with direct access to the roof top terrace space. Felt like home.

The owner also helped me to book the tourist bus without charging any commission. The room was simple but very clean and well-maintained. I love my short stay here. I will definitely reserve a stay here if I ever visit Kathmandu again.
