THE LADY WHO WELCOMED ME ON THE DAY OF MY ARRIVAL WAS WONDERFUL, VERY HELPFUL, READY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS, AND EVEN HELPED ME STORE MY LUGGAGE AT THE RECEPTION, AS MY TRAIN HAD ARRIVED IN BRASOV EARLY IN THE MORNING. Fantastic! Claudia managed to make us feel at home, we didn't lack anything, especially attention and concern... it was essential for us to feel good and confident in Bran. Everything was great! VERY clean and comfortable room. It was a bit cold at first time but it is a winter and you should turn on heating more. The accommodation has a kitchen where you can prepare tea or coffee, even preparing food.
