Very welcoming and comfortable. Photos online don’t do the property justice. Balcony out the front was great and we utilised it a couple of times.

This Key West, Florida Southernmost Point Guest House & Garden Bar is located on Duval Street 110 metres from the Southernmost Point and 73 metres from the beach. We had a lovely time in this romantic guesthouse as a 30 y.o. couple. The room was quite big and clean, bathroom was spacious and the balcony was so nice. We were on the first floor, and there was armchairs to sit in outside there and just enjoy the ocean breeze. Magical. The bar was quite cool as well, with live music. A pity that they stop playing at 19:00 and close the bar at 19:30 though. Breakfast was a lot of options, homemade cooking kinda vibe, we enjoyed it a lot. Parking was very convenient, I don’t understand the bad reviews about the distance. Guys, it’s literally 1 minutes walk. It’s good for you, just walk. It’s not gonna kill you. Strongly recommend!

The Porch on Frances Inn - Adults Exclusive se nachází v dobré lokalitě ve čtvrti Downtown Key West v destinaci Key West. We absolutely loved our stay at the Porch. Room was comfortable and very quiet, location was incredible and we couldn't get enough of the neighborhood and it's beautiful architecture. In case you arrive by car, do not worry about parking, it was extremely easy to find a spot each time. We will definitely be back!

The staff was wonderful. They were very friendly. This was my first time here And would definitely go back there. The room was very clean and appealing. I will pass on to my friends the info and highly recommend you.

Very friendly, helpful staff at the desk. It was my second time there and I will definitely come back. Shady spots on the beach and plenty of seating. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Kayaking for free.
