The service was fantastic. We were picked up at JFK the evening of the booking and dropped off for an early flight the next day. Messages and questions were replied to very quickly. The apartment was big, clean and had all the basics.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The location is really good, the subway is a 6 minute walk away and the connection to Manhattan is just incredible. We felt really safe in this neighborhood. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good too.
