Lovely property, a lot bigger than expected so plenty of space. Very homely feel. Double drive for 2 cars also bonus. Wish we were there longer than we were. Will definitely rebook if back in the area. Host was very accommodating too, quick response with messages and making sure everything was fine after. Very happy with this booking :)

The location it's great,very quiet, we saw hares, a fox and lots of birds, even a Robin The host was very very friendly, explained everything in detail, he even was waiting for us with a boiled kettle, fresh flowers around the lodge.The lodge it's equipped with everything you need!!Spotless clean!!

We loved our stay in the station house. Daryl was very welcoming and helpful and she kindly organised to get some laundry done for us. The bed was so comfortable and the bedroom was very quiet. The kitchen had everything that you would need and was spotless. The TV has lots of choices of channels. It is a great place to stay as you can do easy trips into Durham or day trips to the Yorkshire Dales. There is a lot of great walks nearby including a walking/cycle route that runs beside the house.
