location and amenities walking distance. house really well stocked with all your basic needs. amazing outdoor area with awning. didn't get to use the pool as was a bit cold, but it looked lovely and clean.

Plenty of room for kids to play. Enough bedrooms for our group. Game boards were a very helpful to keep the kids entertained. Central location in Phillip Island, which meant all the attractions were only 10 minutes away from the property.

beds were so so comfortable. the aesetic, furniture, space and bedrooms were very good. facilities very good. we loved the unit. we had possums visit us at night straight up to the door. was awesome.
