There’s complete silence — filled only with birdsong and the sounds of the wild forest at night. And yet, we felt a deep sense of peace and safety. We had no hesitation letting our four-year-old play around the house and wander with us along the forest stream. The house itself is spacious, cozy, and safe, with everything you might need — plus lots of toys for children and games for adults. You can choose to heat it with the wood-burning stove or electric heaters. The underfloor heating on a cold day was just fantastic! We truly enjoyed every single day in this home. Although it feels like a peaceful, remote getaway in nature, a large shopping center is just a 15-minute drive away — so you’re never too far from anything you might need. Just a note: you do need a car to get there. And there’s very little reception — the Wi-Fi is quite weak, and mobile signal comes and goes. This wasn’t a downside for us at all, but it’s good to be aware of it.

Good size, with nice shower and kitchen. Coffee machine is also a nice bonus. I can't fault the owners, but then again we didn't actually see or speak to them.

Grill, pool, whirlpool, all of them were a nice touch to additional comfort during the stay.

Nice quiet neighborhood, with beautiful fields to go for walks with the dog. The house is very clean and modern with everything needed. Super nice garden with terrace. Pizza place around the corner.

With free private parking, the property is 35 km from Vysehrad Castle and 37 km from Charles Bridge. The holiday home features family rooms. This little house has everything you need, it was very clean and practical, and had all the basic amenities. Everything was new or well maintained. Perfect for a couple or small group of friends (2-3 people). The host was very friendly and texted us the address in advance, and let us know the time for check-in, then welcomed us. We could park next to the house within a fenced area, so it felt very safe. Nearby you'll find routes for a nice walk in the forest as well as golf. We loved our stay here!

To extent that my daughter broke a plate and owner didn't charge us for it. House new and very comfortable. Well I book it again if I'm back? Definitely without any doubt.
