Lost at the end of a road in an ultra quiet neighborhood, under the snow. This guest house offered us an extremely clean room and bathroom, the shared kitchen was very well equipped, and calm was a must at all times. Considering the location and the price, the place exceeded our expectations. This is a house on a farm on the Golden Circle. It was calm during the night, fully equipped kitchen, very clean. I can only recommend the place. Some people might consider some parts of the building older/vintage but to our taste, it added something special to our experience :-)

Lovely place. Very close to all the attractions of the region. Only 4 kms to geysers and 10 minutes to Gullfoss. Great place to view aurora, even we couldn't see it due to cloudy. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely design.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gaukshof! 🌟 The property is full of charm, with a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy , perfect for a relaxing night after exploring the area. The location is great, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby sights. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it!
