The guesthouse has a perfect location in district one, close to everything and still on a very quiet side street. The owner speaks excellent English and is truly welcoming and helpful. She gave us a map with places of interest (sights, food, shopping) specifically marked and drew a recommended walking tour on the map for us. She gave us some outstanding tips for the food, including breakfast, and stored a bag with our warm clothes for free until our return for the last night of our trip to Vietnam.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were super nice and helpful—they gave me an umbrella when I was heading out and helped me with the taxi driver. The location is great, close to everything I needed. Everything felt fresh and modern, with great decorations. The place was super clean, including the room, which was well decorated with new bathroom equipment. The bed was comfy too. Definitely recommend

Great service, very clean room and bathroom. Air-conditioning is perfect and most importantly, it worked silently, it was very comfortable to sleep. The beds were very comfortable with soft mattresses, which is rare in Vietnam.

Facilities were excellent and matched the pictures - nice spacious room for a very cheap price. Nicest place we stayed in HCMC as well as the cheapest! Communication with the owner was quick and easy and this has to be one of the best food areas in the city. Will 10/10 stay here again!
