This is a true gem. We have never met hosts like these ones. The couple, Pamela and Carlos, are not only nice and friendly and accommodating, but they seriously try to do whatever it takes to make your Rapa Nui experience unforgettable. They offer an airport transfer and a delicious breakfast at no additional cost, even though these are not included in the booking.com offer. They recommend tour agencies, restaurants and other points of interest that are super reliable. They go as far as taking you to some places if you cannot afford other means of visiting. Don't overuse their kindness! As for the Hostal: the room is quite spacious, the bed is very comfortable, all spaces are spotless clean, especially the bathroom. The room is decorated with much taste. You can use the amazingly beautiful outside terraces with lots of flowers to relax. There is a common kitchen shared by all rooms, which is superbly equipped with everything necessary, even for cooking yourself, which you won't do, because the food offered in the restaurants is delicious. Even though there is no air con, the temperature in the room is pleasant with windows open. There are some chickens in the backyard and a lovely cat, that adores snacks. Overall the quality that you receive for the money paid is unbelievable, so look no further and book now!

Pan domácí je svělej člověk. Je zároveň průvodce. Využili jsme jeho služeb a opravdu není nic, na co bych si mohl stěžovat. Připadal jsem si jak dlouholetý rodinný přítel. Vše v naprostém pořádku. Neskutečná vstřícnost a vřelost. Jerstli budu mít ještě někdy možnost se vrátit, tak určitě zase sem.

I spent 4 nights in Harepakoba. Quiet place to sleep and relax, 20 minuts walk from the center. Everything was excellent. Hospitality of host Yolanda was amazing. Open to tourist and ready to help in everything. Breakfast prepared and delicious.

It’s a bit far from town, this is the only negative thing but this house is way cheaper than others so even I take a taxi to go to the town, is’s still reasonable. The best thing is hosts, I’ve never experienced such a high level of kinndness from hosts.

Maria is very kind and helpful, arranged me taxi picup airport and airport dropoff. the location is fantastic, 1 min to the sea (and pool) and 5 min to the town center, 5 min to the Moai. shower is hot enough and I can use kitchen and fridge and free drinking water. two dogs and a cat are sooooo cute. Pipi (dog) remember me at the first night and accompanied with me to the Moai. when I back to the Hostal, Pipi welcomed me! Pipi come to me even I was outside the Hostal! I miss Pipi!!
