It was spacious and well accommodated. The view from the hotel was stunning. Location is great, lot of restaurants and supermarket next to it. Tianmen cave was only a 10min walk to reach. The staff are so kind. Highly recommend it

Fenghuang Ancient Town Lazy Cat Riverside Inn se nachází v destinaci Feng-chuang a poskytuje bezplatné Wi-Fi, neplacené soukromé parkoviště a výhled na hory. Really nice hosts, they helped us a lot, offered advice on how to see the town best and were just really generally nice and helpful. The room is in a really nice looking location so it's a great base from which to see the town or just chill on the balcony. The provided ginger candys, toohbrush and tea which was also a bonus. When we were leaving the helped us with our bags and called a local taxi for us, since there aren't that many Didis in this town

This hotel was perfect for me and my daughter’s stay in Fenghuang. First of all, it’s stunning. The building, decorations, and surrounding areas were beautiful and staying in this small hotel made our visit in Fenghuang feel more significant and of value. This is not an outdated hotel, each part of our room felt brand new though kept in a remarkably preserved old building. The owner and staff are phenomenal! They’re very kind, enjoyable, and pleasant people. When we asked if they could help us warm up some leftovers we had brought, they also prepared us additional dishes to go with it. Throughout our stay the food was exceptional, always authentic Chinese food, and made from scratch by them. Just during our 2 night stay we feasted on dumplings, pastries, noodles, goose, chicken, fresh fruit, and a few other things. After checking out, our host helped us get to where our driver would meet us and stayed with us ensuring our safety. They even provided us with thoughtful gifts upon checking out. Through their behavior towards us and what they’ve created with their hotel, they shared the best of their culture and of humanity, which was what we hoped to encounter.

Zhangjiajie Twelve Warm Inn-Tianmen Mountain Ropeway Station se nachází v destinaci Čang-ťia-ťie a má bezplatné Wi-Fi, neplacené soukromé parkoviště a výhled na město. Jenny was sooo helpful and welcoming. She helped me plan my a day in Tianmen mountain and two days in Zhangjiajie. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the parks, as I don’t speak Chinese and it’s hard to get by without the language there. She also checked in to make sure I was okay. I would recommend 100% anybody (Chinese or foreign) to stay here as on top of the service the rooms were also very clean and comfortable, spacious, etc.

This is a perfect place to stay in Fenghuang - the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with super views of the ancient city. Wang and her brother were amazing - very helpful and welcoming. This is an exceptional place to stay and except for having to move on to get flights, I would have stayed longer. Note there are a lot of steps and the accommodation is up an inclined street, but Wang and her brother helped superbly with our luggage. 10/10.

This inn is like an old-school Zimmer. It is a family owned small hotel where the father cooks, the mother housekeeping and the son is the host / front desk. Our host was super communicative, gave us lifts to different places and provided airport pick ups. Each evening, he helped us to plan the next day, gave us maps, points, helpful tips and booked discount tickets for us, The food is amazing, The dinner is fine and authentic but breakfast was the star of the show, and they even packed us with some snacks for the road. The location is bit secluded: it is very quite with amazing view but you are required a taxi to go around. Overall, it was one of the best stays in mainland China we had and it is absolutely recommended. 11/10

The host Rebecca organized everything for us. We spent four days for visiting Tianmen (1 day), Zhangjiajie forest park (2 days) and Grand Canyon (half day). With all the information we were able to discover the areas without a guide. Thank you sooo much for the support 🙏

Riverside Peak Lodge Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan National Park se nachází v destinaci Čang-ťia-ťie a nabízí sdílený lounge, terasu a bar. Národní park Čang-ťia-ťie je 20 km daleko. It’s such a great location. It’s close to the Main Street where there’s lots of food options and shopping. It’s right by the river walk which is so nice. It’s a 15min walk to zhangjiajie national park entrance! Lastly, the staff here are absolutely fantastic. She customized our stay by recommending an itinerary on our arrival based on our duration of stay. Very thorough and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!
