It was spacious and well accommodated. The view from the hotel was stunning. Location is great, lot of restaurants and supermarket next to it. Tianmen cave was only a 10min walk to reach. The staff are so kind. Highly recommend it

Really nice hosts, they helped us a lot, offered advice on how to see the town best and were just really generally nice and helpful. The room is in a really nice looking location so it's a great base from which to see the town or just chill on the balcony. The provided ginger candys, toohbrush and tea which was also a bonus. When we were leaving the helped us with our bags and called a local taxi for us, since there aren't that many Didis in this town

This hotel was perfect for me and my daughter’s stay in Fenghuang. First of all, it’s stunning. The building, decorations, and surrounding areas were beautiful and staying in this small hotel made our visit in Fenghuang feel more significant and of value. This is not an outdated hotel, each part of our room felt brand new though kept in a remarkably preserved old building. The owner and staff are phenomenal! They’re very kind, enjoyable, and pleasant people. When we asked if they could help us warm up some leftovers we had brought, they also prepared us additional dishes to go with it. Throughout our stay the food was exceptional, always authentic Chinese food, and made from scratch by them. Just during our 2 night stay we feasted on dumplings, pastries, noodles, goose, chicken, fresh fruit, and a few other things. After checking out, our host helped us get to where our driver would meet us and stayed with us ensuring our safety. They even provided us with thoughtful gifts upon checking out. Through their behavior towards us and what they’ve created with their hotel, they shared the best of their culture and of humanity, which was what we hoped to encounter.

Zhangjiajie Twelve Warm Inn-Tianmen Mountain Ropeway Station se nachází v destinaci Čang-ťia-ťie a má bezplatné Wi-Fi, neplacené soukromé parkoviště a výhled na město. The owner Jenny was amazingly friendly and helpful! She helped us book all the transport, tickets and plan our routes everyday. She even helped us buy other tickets after we left the hotel. My partner doesn't speak Chinese and a helpful local in China is priceless. The service itself is worth the money, you don't even need a tour guide. Good location as well, walking distance to Tianmen mountain cable car station and the main town.

The staff was extremely helpful, booking our tickets to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Grand Canyon, as well as helping us plan our routes. It made our trip!

This is a perfect place to stay in Fenghuang - the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with super views of the ancient city. Wang and her brother were amazing - very helpful and welcoming. This is an exceptional place to stay and except for having to move on to get flights, I would have stayed longer. Note there are a lot of steps and the accommodation is up an inclined street, but Wang and her brother helped superbly with our luggage. 10/10.

Xiao Luo and his family are friendly and serve with sincereity. He plans our trip n give valuable advice to make our visit to mountains and canyons with ease. The breakfast is delicious and full of local favours. Value for money. Thank you Xiao Luo.

Easy House se nachází v destinaci Čang-ťia-ťie a poskytuje ubytování s zahradou, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm, sdíleným loungem a barem. Národní park Čang-ťia-ťie je 17 km daleko. The host Rebecca organized everything for us. We spent four days for visiting Tianmen (1 day), Zhangjiajie forest park (2 days) and Grand Canyon (half day). With all the information we were able to discover the areas without a guide. Thank you sooo much for the support 🙏

Riverside Peak Lodge Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan National Park se nachází v destinaci Čang-ťia-ťie a nabízí sdílený lounge, terasu a bar. Národní park Čang-ťia-ťie je 20 km daleko. The place is near so many restos and shops. I like that it is just next to the river. The host helped us with plan our trip of Grand Canyon and National Park. We enjoyed the claypot resto nearby and went there 3/4 days for breakfast. The room is huge and clean. Towels and slippers are changed daily plus unlimited free water bottles! Also toiletries are nice smelling.

Easy House Gaoyun Branch se nachází v destinaci Čang-ťia-ťie a poskytuje ubytování s zahradou, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm, barem a vybavením pro grilování. Great place to stay in Wulingyuan, close to the main park and the gran canyon. Rebecca was very helpful, she explained me how the park works and helped me to book the tickets in advance. Highly recommend 👌
