I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Casa Guesthouse in Marsa Alam, and it was an exceptional experience. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, air-conditioned, nicely decorated (as the entire house) and have mosquito net at the windows, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. One notable feature is the in-house water filters, which significantly improve water quality. Of course, you cannot drink the tap water there. The owner Meshail and staff at La Casa are incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home. One of the highlights of La Casa is the absolutely stunning roof terrace. It's the perfect place to enjoy breakfast (which is great) and relax throughout the day. The terrace is sun-protected and, with the gentle breeze, it remains pleasantly cool even during the warmer parts of the day. The view of the Red Sea from the terrace is beautiful, adding to the overall serene atmosphere. The guesthouse is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the center of Marsa Alam, with several restaurants nearby. This makes it easy to explore the local area and enjoy the dining options available. I am already looking forward to my next stay at La Casa Guesthouse. It’s a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Marsa Alam and the Red Sea. Again, many thanks to you Meshail and your crew, you are awesome!

Price quality = excellent Nice, clean, two-bedroom flat with air conditioning and good internet connection. Shared bathroom with hot water. Lliving room and kitchen with cooking utensils, water kettle, fridge, television,.. Will stay there again next time. 🥰👍

The design of the place is just beautiful—so cute and thoughtful. It has such a lovely, relaxed vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. Our room was huge, with loads of space and a massive window that stretched across the wall, letting in tons of natural light. We even had a sea view, which was a dream to wake up to. One of my favourite spots was the rooftop terrace—super spacious and perfect for chilling. That’s also where breakfast is served, and it was honestly delicious every morning. A big shoutout to Meshail, the manager/owner, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He gave us great tips for getting around and finding activities. The rest of the staff were also just as lovely and made us feel really welcome. The only thing to note is that the Wi-Fi only works on the rooftop terrace. It wasn’t an issue for us though—we were happy to take a break from our phones! The hostel is right by the sea, and there's a small beach nearby you can relax at. Just keep in mind that most people head to places like Abu Dabbab for snorkeling or diving. It’s also a short walk to the town centre, where you'll find a few shops, but do note that Marsa Alam is a fairly small town. But after all the hustle and bustle in Aswan and Luxor, this was the perfect place for us to relax.

The place is very spacious and tidy. It was all I could ask for and more. The bikes were awesome to get around town and the beaches. Locals very friendly and delicious street food.

Yasser's house is not just an accommodation, it is an experience that touches your soul. Don't let the concept of shared appartement scare you, it is exactly what makes the whole experience so memorable. You'll have your own bedroom, your own bathroom and you'll share the kitchen/living room and terrace with Yasser. As you can see in the pictures, the flat is absolutely superb, beautifully and ingeniously decorated with a lot of care and love for detail, it is a dream in many shades of blue that will make you feel calm and relaxed. You'll have everything you need and you'll for sure be impressed how spotless clean everything is. The location within the Mangroovy complex and in El Gouna is perfect: a few minutes walk to the beach, about 10 minutes walk to the KBC Kyte Station, 10 minutes walk to the supermarket, a few minutes walk to a great Lebanese restaurant, about 15 minutes walk to Abu Tig Marina. And then, as I mentioned before, there is Yasser. Discrete, friendly, kind, open, he will give you just as much attention and assistance as you wish. He'll provide all kind of information and help you with kyting, book tours if you are interested. We greatly enjoyed the evenings spent together, watching movies or soccer, having long fascinating discussions that brought the heart of Egypt closer to our soul. I could go on writing, but I stop here saying: Thank You Yasser, it was an honour to be your guests, we can't wait to be back again.
