The surroundings of the Epirus area are amazing! A small family business, very nice and sociable. For coffe addicts - take a voyage coffee maker with you, as we did.

Really lovely guest house with a great host. We were given lots of good information for the area by Lucas, and were well located to explore the region. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a kettle and small fridge. There is a communal area with a kitchen and lounge area and outdoor seating area. Very dog friendly.

I'm sure it looks suspicious that our review is 10, but this stay was perfect. We stayed there outside the peak season. The room was beautiful, comfy, clean and quiet. The hotel compound was closed, and the compound itslef is very beautiful as it's built from stones as a characteristic village. Before going to sleep, we used the fireplace for a small romantic cheese and wine dinner. The view from the window in the morning was great. The staff is very nice and helpful. The nice lady at the reception was also available by WhatsApp for everything we needed, even at unusual hours. They made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast was nice and reach. We were served more than we could eat, and the meal was waited especially for us in the dining room. If we revisit the area, we will definitely come back!

Fantastic location and the most beautiful village. Our host was so helpful and friendly, even lent us walking sticks. The breakfast was amazing, the apartments clean and provided everything that can be needed.

Wonderful location, just below the mountain. Fresh and under the shade all the time. Room big and traditional fornitures. Great breakfast. I booked for one night and then extended for a other one with the owner. Everything perfect. The hike to the mountain starts from this village.

The hotel is ideally located for visitors to enjoy the magnificent views. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The hosts are extremely welcoming - they offered solutions to all our little needs, treated us to the most delicious breakfasts, including handmade cakes and pies (and were even kind enough to wait for the sleepyheads to get up and have breakfast at 11am instead of 10am, as is the policy), brought coffee on the house for those who had work to do, and gave us the opportunity to enjoy the most wonderful dinners in their family tavern. Definitely a place that offers good value for money and well worth a return visit.

House is located in a small village of Vitsa, not directly at the road so it is very quite. The area was great for all our trips to Zagori, both south and north - The house is beautiful, every room is nicely decorated so you do not have a feeling of a "sterile" accommodation like in some hotels - The rooms were big, with a lot of space to store all our belongings - The beds were big and comfortable - The bathroom was small, but very good equipped and absolutely clean. She shower is a little bit small but we did not have any issues with that - There is a terrace with a beautiful view. We spent there our mornings before the breakfast and also the evenings, e.g. observing the full moon - The breakfast was so delicious. You can choose to have some eggs, cheese pie (I loved it and ate it every morning :)), ham, cheese, sweet cakes and croissants, fruit... Also the orange juice was fantastic. While eating we could watch the photos of the Zagori area on the TV screen - Last but not least are the hots - although they do not speak English, they are great, very kind and helpful. I send my greetings to them! :) - One extra tip - there is a very nice restaurant in Vitsa, ca 10 minutes walk from the accommodation, it is called Sta Riza. Beautiful place and I loved their scordalia with bread
