The area is nice too, even as a woman I felt safe to walk around alone at night. Very nice and helpful owner, always super quick to answer any questions. Yeah it's not a huge space, but so what? It's Hong Kong after all; we've stayed in smaller rooms, in worse locations and paid more for it. The value for money is unbeatable in my opinion.

The staff member, Diana, was extremely friendly and communicated well with the guests. She made sure that each guest's needs were met and felt included. The cleanliness of the place was outstanding. They offer toothbrushes, chargers, outlet adapters, towels, and slippers for each guest. I will be back the next time I come to Hong Kong and recommend this place 10/10 to all travelers.

The room was clean & they had a room for 4 people, which was perfect for my family. The staff was nice and responsive, especially the night staff Sam, who made sure we got everything we needed. Highly recommended!

The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location is excellent—strategically situated and easy to find, with plenty of nearby conveniences like a 24-hour 7-Eleven just around the corner. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist. We didn’t have Hong Kong dollars on hand to pay the security deposit, but she was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to settle it the following day once we had cash. On our last day, we had a late evening flight, and check-out was at 12 noon. I requested to leave some of our bags at the reception until 6 PM, and they kindly agreed without hesitation. Their flexibility and hospitality were truly appreciated. We booked private rooms, each with its own clean washroom and complete toiletries. The ventilation and air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything was well-maintained and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It offers great value for money, outstanding service, and a convenient location. Would definitely stay here again!
