I stayed for just one night here as I was off to climb Rinjani the next morning - so I just needed a comfortable bed/room, and as for the rest - ask and you shall be given (usually). Agung and Tina were kind enough to lend me their travel adapter, and Tina even made me a herbal drink to help settle my tummy before the climb. And the 3 kids of course, what a delight to see them running around! And breakfast was right on the dot, needless to mention delicious :)

The location of the facility is great: away from the hustle and bustle but close to any services and just a few meters from the sea and the port. Here you can rent bicycles, very convenient. Everything was very clean and fragrant. But the highlight is the people who run the accommodation, wonderful and very nice people, we had a great time. The breakfast was very good. If we ever return to Gili Trawangan, we would definitely choose this accommodation again. Thank you so much to all the staff, you were amazing and made our stay even better!

The place is new, clean and quiet. It also has a terrace with a view of mountain and rice terraces. You can see the sunrise from your bed. The breakfast and also lunch we had later on were both very tasty. The owners were really friendly and welcoming. We also went with Sum as our guide one day and we really enjoyed it.

The bed comfortable, and has a mosquito net which is good considering it is a timber bungalow. The view was amazing, this is a great place to stay if you are wanting something quiet and in nature. Don’t come here expecting a touristy town. It is located in a village, which i really enjoyed exploring. There is waterfalls and rice fields. Also the black monkey forest is just up the road. The locals are very nice and helpful. You can hire scooter, but I didn’t, was able to easily explore just walking around. I ate at the bungalow for both breakfast and dinner, you can order through WhatsApp’s and there bring it to your balcony. DELICOUS. Breakfast was nice but the highlight was dinner (I had the egg curry!! Also tried the fried pineapple)

The drive up there was also beautiful. You have a nice view on Mount Rinjani. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The owner is super nice and helpful. The food they offer is very delicious and the portions are huge compared to the Warungs. The little hut we were staying in was super nice and looked quite new. There locals around are also super nice. There was a ceremony going on when we arrived and they invited us to join. Felt very safe and welcome here.

Beautiful location and room with comfortable bed. Incredible views all around. The staff are kind and welcoming. Very helpful and personally took me around to all of the sights. I only had 2 nights but could easily spend more time here as there is a lot to see. And also it is very nice just to relax in the gorgeous surroundings. Peaceful and quiet. I ate every meal at the restaurant and was very happy with the good quality local food. I highly recommend and will definitely return.

I wanted something local, and ended up planning a full day with Yousef. Every cent was worth it — without them, you wouldn’t see all this. No pressure, just joy The best part is that he takes you everywhere without pushing you to buy or do anything. Unlike some guides, there’s zero pressure — that alone deserves a 10+! You’re greeted with open arms from the very start. I can’t emphasize enough how truly welcome you feel. We explored rice fields, saw monkeys, did motocross, joined a bamboo workshop, visited multiple waterfalls… 100x thank you!!!
