Mr. Kaesa was extremely helpful — he was waiting for us upon arrival and provided us with the most detailed information about Berastagi and the trek to Gunung Sibayak. The rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was available. As a bonus, the price was extremely low — almost ridiculously cheap considering everything that was included. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Berastagi.

This guesthouse is truly a gem, Brian makes sure you have an amazing stay! You can tell he really cares about his guests. The room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. The food is incredible too (plenty of vegan and vegetarian options)! I did a 2 night jungle trek with them as well and everything was very well organised, great food and fruit on the trek, comfortable campsites by the river and close to a waterfall. You could tell that the guide really enjoyed being in nature, he had so much knowledge about the animals and plants and made us feel really safe. I got a bee sting and he had magic oil that made the sting disappear in just 30 min! I had a really great stay and trek with Brian and his team and definitely recommend them and would definitely come back one day! :)

Booking that turned out to be one of the best experiences in my life. The host Jhony was very helping with everything and was kind to sell me the tour for almost original price despite the fact that I’m a solo traveller. His student Lana became my guide in the jungle for two days, he was a great companion, took good care of everything, told many interesting facts and stories. We saw 9 orangutans and many other animals. Food that’s included for trekking was delicious, lots of fruits. The overall route is easy, but there were some challenging parts, and you have to be ready for inconveniences regarding sleeping or going to toilet, it’s not a luxury resort after all. Also rafting isn’t scary at all and super fun. The accommodation in the village was nice, especially for this price, bed has a curtain to protect you from insects.

JUNGLE LIFE GUEST HOUSE - Trekking & Transport Only Book With Us se nachází u moře v destinaci Bukit Lawang a má bar. I really enjoyed my stay here. It is a comfy and very convenient guesthouse. The staff is really kind and helpfull. They also organize great trekking tours to the jungle. And the location of the guest house is great. Right next to the river. From the terasse you can look down on the river and enjoy the village life.

Very cozy, calm hotel made with greate taste. It is located in the river, in front of it yiu can see splendid views on jungles! And of course his staff is the best! Mr Arif does his best, he is involved in his job, does everything possible to his guests, thanks him a lot! Moreover i had beautiful one-day trekking with him and we were so lucky! We saw 7-9 orangutans, one gibbon, monkeys tomas, kyffia (snake). Kupu-kupu worth staying in it and pass several days in a little green paradise
