It does have all the facilities you need. Located in the middle of Monroe Island this house is just the best place to visit this part of India with authenticity. Karun (the host) is just super nice and he will make you feel at home at every moment. He booked for me a beautiful boating tour at the sunrise. He was always asking if I need food for lunches and dinners and served me delicious dishes when asked, directly at home. He also lended his scooter to let me visiting around the area. Just the best host I could ask for.

We had an amazing time ar the Paddy n Canal Homestay. Robin, his two brothers and his motger were so welcoming and immediately serverd us some Chai upon arrival. During the stay they were always there to help with recommondations and information about Alappuzha. In the morning they would serve some of the best food we had in Kerala. I would definitly recommend staying here!

ELZAS FORT iNN está en Kochi, a 7 min a pie de Fort Kochi Beach y a 600 metros de Bienal de Kochi, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado, bicicletas gratis y terraza. El Elzas representa una excelente relación calidad-precio. La habitación que nos asignaron era super grande. En cualquier otro sitio habrían hecho dos en ese espacio. El baño era amplio y disponía de agua caliente algo que suele faltar o fallar en hoteles indios. El personal es amigable, cordial y colaborativo. Facilitan botellas de agua en abundancia. En la habitación hay cafetera para preparar té. El principal problema es el acceso a través de unas escaleras no muy anchas. Es un problema que han de tener muy en cuenta personas con problemas de movilidad. La ubicación es buena. La mayoría de las cosas que hay que ver en Fort Cochi están cerca. Se puede ir a pie o, como mucho, están a 10 minutos de tuck tuck.

Munroeisland Backwaters Homestay está en Munroe Island, a solo 24 km de Estación de tren de Kollam, y dispone de alojamiento con salón de uso común, terraza y wifi gratis. Vijash and his family run this Fabulous homestay on Munroe island. We had a lovely big a/c room with private bathroom. There is a communal area where meals are served and/or just to chill with hammocks and comfy chairs. We went on the early evening sunset canoe trip - amazing just floating down the canals. Also got up at 5:00am for the sunrise canoe trip, spectacular. The food, wow... Absolutely delicious take on South Indian cuisine I can safely say that these was the best meals I've had in Kerala. Highly recommend this homestay.

Mamatha Guest inn, que cuenta con terraza y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento, se encuentra en Hampi. El hostal o pensión dispone de habitaciones familiares. Overall a wonderful experience. The hospitality and humble nature of the owners. Food also was good.

Soly's Villa Homestay dispone de vistas a la montaña, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Se encuentra en Munnar, a 19 km de Museo del Té de Munnar. We had a wonderful stay. Soly and her husband are very caring and attentive. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The bus to Munnar is right in front, offering beautiful views along the way. Bonus: Soly cooks delicious meals! We recommend this homestay.

After the initial hustle and chaos of India, staying at Mountainview Homestay is a welcome place to unwind. Asfal and his friends are friendly and easy to talk to, and they give great tips on what to see and do in the area. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed. Waking up to a view of the green trees, with a cup of good coffee is pure bliss. It’s incredibly peaceful, with the occasional playful troop of monkeys on the roof to break the silence, peeking curiously at you as they play. In short, the perfect spot to recharge before diving back into colorful, bustling India. P.S. Asfal also helped us with the next leg of our trip. He arranged a taxi driver to take us to the Alleppey, and along the way shared lots about the history of Kerala and India, tea plantations, and Hinduism. We made several stops and got to try local sweets – highly recommended!
