I loved a lot that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and at any time accessible, the rooms were tidy, clean, and very spacious. Large balcony, private and quiet. The location was great too. I spent there 2 nights and it was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious too. Definitely recommend this place. Great value for the money!

MENAKA HOMESTAY poskytuje restauraci, zahradu, sdílený lounge a terasu. Pláž Tangalle Beach se nachází 200 metrů odtud. This has been the best Homestay I had in Sri Lanka so far. The level of hospitality, kindness and overall nice atmosphere, is unmatched. The location is perfect - very close to the center and beach, but hidden enough for you to feel comfortable. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. The breakfast with fresh fruit was also really good. The owners however are the main reason this place is so amazing - humble, kind, true and helpful. I only wish I stayed longer. Thank you very much!

She went above and beyond to help us organize our safari and even arranged our departure taxi, which made everything so easy. A huge thank you to her, her husband, and all the staff for making our stay feel like home. We will always remember your kindness! 🌸🙏

Wonderful hotel in a very beautiful location. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Clean and very beautiful swimming pool. The owner, and hotel manager Gintarė is very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is very delicious, and we don’t even have anything to say about the dinner, it’s just amazing. The stay was wonderful, I definitely recommend everyone to visit.

Hidden gem in the sri lanka, we received a welcome coconut and also a leaving drink. The owners are so kind!! They arranged a safari for us for 16400 rupees (54€) and it was awesome, it included a huge breakfast in the middle of yala national park. You also get a coffee/tea and bananas before the safari starts.

We also did the birds and bats watching the same evening when I arrived!!!! I highly recommend this place to stay in Tissa !!!!! Also , the food provided by them is tasty and not too salty !!!! Great and clean room !!!!

Very nice and comfortable place. the staff are very well taken care of and prepare breakfast before an early safari. at the same time, the staff is also invisible, so you feel that the whole villa belongs to you (if there are no other guests). we spent most of our time on the terrace by the pool, meaning in the common area, which was very nice to be around.
