It truly was a remarkable experience. Azrou's serene atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle of technology, captivated us from the moment we arrived. Our children were overjoyed with the opportunity to interact with the rabbits and feed the chickens – it was a highlight of their trip. The warmth and friendliness of the staff made us feel like part of the family, adding an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Of course, the cuisine was exceptional. Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients and tantalizing flavors that left a lasting impression on our taste buds. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Azrou and look forward to returning in the future.

My family and I loved our stay at le Gite du garage. Fatema is a wonderful host, pays attention to details and brings a lot of positive energy, accommodation were no frills but comfortable, the view from the room and surroundings is stunning, I highly recommend a walk on the road leading to the village before sunset. Food was delicious. My little boys loved playing in the garden and seeing the sheep come back to the village at the end of the day, they still talk about it. Go there, you will be supporting a local a family and get to know the real Moroccan countryside. Will definitely come back.

The property was in a stunning location. The room was very comfortable with a veranda looking out over the valley. Our host looked after us very well. All the food was home cooked, with a lot of it grown by our host. This was some of the best food we ate during our holiday. I would highly recommend Le Chene d’Azrou and thank you again to our wonderful host, Sofia.

From first checking in with the lovely guy on reception, everything was wonderful. Our room was immaculately prepared, the shower, excellent. The bar/restaurant was run by lovely attentive people, dinner was fantastic with a beautiful sunset view, and breakfast was amazing. We didn't use the pool or spa facilities, but they also looked immaculately clean. The location is very close to the Cedar forest, where you can take pony rides and see the monkeys. For us, this is a must stay place when visiting Morocco.

The property is right by the Azrou Forest so when we left the next morning, we met the infamous macaque monkeys on the street almost right away and enjoyed giving them some food. The property is quiet, close by to downtown Azrou where we walked around and found some street food (since we arrived late from Fes). Our host, Mohammed, was a friendly young gentleman who visibly enjoyed conversing with and exchanging stories with his guests. The breakfast outside by the Berber tent was a nice prelude to our visit to the Sahara later. (There's an option to eat in a large ballroom but who wants to when a Berber tent awaits outside?) Room was super clean, large with high ceiling, and very quiet. In our itinerary, this Azrou hotel serves as a nice alternative to overpriced Fes or Ifrane as it brought us closer to our driving target the next day, Merzouga.
