Chong makes sure you have everything you need, all is clean and tidy. She provides you with different towels for hands and body, multiple pillows and soft blankets, slippers for the inside, slippers for the outside, free water, little snacks. You can use her washing machine for your laundry. Even tho the toilets are not in the room, every room has their own wc so you don’t share it with strangers. All is kept very clean. Honestly you’re not missing anything there. Plus the location is amazing, 40 minutes walk from most of the attractions or 10 minutes Grab.

Overall great experience. I've been to KL a few times and not really interested in the tourist/city center so this was a good location for me. Plenty of shops nearby and the MRT is right there so I was able to go check out a night market just 3 stops away. The host was extremely accommodating, as I arrived quite late and he waited to let me in. Better yet, he set up the machines for a massage and took me to the hot springs the next day. I used the gym and sauna...and was impressed with the modern facilities. Next time I'll try the swimming pool!

The property is at a very premium location with awesome views of the Twin Towers and the KL tower from different sides. The pool has to be ultimate highlight! The infinity pool couldn’t have been any better, it was a surreal experience being in a pool and looking over downtown KL. The rooms were spotless and very spacious with everything just in the right place. Living room, the view from the huge glass windows of the room was nothing short of breathtaking.

We had a really good stay at Embassy Villa. The home was clean, spacious and felt very homey perfect for our group. There were person around who helped us with check-in and anything we needed, which made things convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but still close enough to shops and restaurants. Parking provided and a nice spot for a relaxing stay in the city.

I had a very comfortable stay at Rica Residence, Sentul, and I’d like to thank the host for being extremely supportive and responsive throughout my visit. From the very beginning, communication was smooth. The host promptly provided clear instructions for self check-in, including detailed directions from the airport (via taxi, metro, or bus) and step-by-step guidance once I reached the property. This made my arrival stress-free. The check-in process was well organized. I appreciated the pictures and instructions that made it easy to find the entrance, mailbox, and unit. The host also shared a visitor QR code in advance in case security asked, which was very helpful. The apartment itself was neat and comfortable. Wifi was reliable, and amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and Sky Garden were an added bonus. I was also allowed to use the washing machine, which made my longer journey more convenient. What stood out most was the host’s hospitality. They patiently guided me when I had questions, promptly came downstairs to assist me upon arrival, and kindly accommodated a late checkout when I felt unwell. Their friendly and gracious attitude made me feel at home. Overall, this was a wonderful stay with a very caring host. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, especially if you value clear communication, comfort, and thoughtful hosting
