Despite the simplicity of life on Amantani, their warmth and generosity made us feel like we had everything we needed. If you’re visiting Puno and looking for an authentic, cultural experience, I highly recommend staying with a local family on Amantani Island. The room and the bathroom in such a good shape and new condition! Super clean and most importantly very nice and hot shower(had to wait few mins tho until it warms up). You might think you are far away from the central but there is a minivan that cost 1 soles takes you straight to central part within less than 10 mins and it comes so frequently that you will never have to wait! Big plus for letting us stay without a problem in the place for the whole full day (as we had to get the bus at night to Cusco). Very quiet location!

The rooms are clean and well furnished (including a big TV with streaming services), breakfast was good, and the WiFi works well throughout the building. It was also generally quiet. The owner is super helpful and friendly, for example he looked after our bags when we arrived early and then later while we did a 2 day trip on the lake.

Hostal Vista al Lago Titicaca Puno se nachází v destinaci Puno. Estadio Enrique Torres Belón je 2,3 km daleko a Puno Port 1,9 km. Everything was excellent. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Nice bathrooms and super hot shower with plenty of water pressure.
