This is a VERY nice accommodation, it certainly exceeded our expectations! Comfortable mattress, high quality bedsheets and towels (comparable to those found in 4* hotels) and TV with Netflix for those evenings where you just want to chill after a long day in the heat! Not only is the room equipped with the essentials like a safety box, but is also has a mini fridge, an alarm clock, vanity kit, oh and yes, even blackout curtains for a very restful sleep! The manager was super nice and offered some great tips; he also helped us buy boat tickets and arranged for last minute transportation to the port. Location is convenient, a short walk to the beach, ATM and a few local bars and restaurants. Amazing value!!

It's a great place to see the typical life of Philippines in the interesting village of Apo island. Lysele, the host, is a nice lady, friendly, very helpfull and always care for our needs. In the end she also arranged the trip to go back to the main land. We definetly recommend this place.

The place is modest but turned out to be very comfortable for us. It had everything we needed. The beds where comfortable and the Kitchen well stocked. Aircon worked good. TV was good. Hot water all around. Overall a comfortable two nights. Would come again.

All the other reviews on here are spot on. Elnor is a lovely lady who really helps you out while on the island. She can cook dinners for you if you like which are delicious and very plentiful. Place isn't luxuary but is awesome value for what you pay. Hostel has just got solar in last couple of months so is one of the few places on the island with 24hr electricity. I was very happy with my stay.

In a perfect location, 10 mins front the port and close to nice restaurants and coffee shops. Nikko and his family were so friendly and helpful, we rented his scooter and he directed us on where to go!
