First off, we've been travelling for 3 months around SE Asia and this has been our favourite place so far. Bird and his wife are some of the sweetest people we have met. They brought us fruit bowels and delicious taro and Coconut cakes each day we stayed, while also insisting on giving us a lift to the beach or wherever we were going. We hung out in the Reggae bar in the evenings and had some beers with Bird, his wife and other guests while chatting and laughing. Really good fun. The property is also very quiet and peaceful, the bungalows are basic but comfortable and the toilets and showers spotless. We would have loved to stay longer but had to leave the island unfortunately.

The manager of the hotel is extremely professional as well as kind and nice, it was great to have some chats with her, and her mother was so sweet and kind too. They let us check in early, which was a real gift for us since we came from a 24h bus ride. The room and the shared toilet/shower are perfectly clean and good size for us. The beds are comfortable and clean. Even wifi was perfect. It was one of our best stays and we will definitely come back if we need to be in Trang again.

Great location near shops, restaurants and Tuk Tuks for Charlie Beach. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. If you want a western breakfast you can't beat their sourdough toast and delicious homemade yoghurt. Their homemade coconut ice cream served with mango and peanuts is sheer bliss. They also have a shop with a much more interesting selection of clothing than anywhere else on the island. I'd definitely go back.

Cherlyn Homestay เฌอลินน์โฮมสเตย์ เกาะลิบง se nachází v destinaci Ban Batubute a nabízí sdílený lounge a terasu. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. They prepared a nice breakfast for us. The homestay was placed in a small fisherman village far from tourist beaches. Just what we were looking for after being in other too touristic areas.

The hospitality and kindness of the staff but also villagers in nearby surroundings is like we’ve never seen before. I can say we’ve made friends and they will be certainly see us back at Villa Pateh one day. When we first arrived we really looked at each other wondering if we died and went to heaven. We had seen the pictures but the place was surreal as we walked around in the homely decorated house with the calm piano music at the background. As vegans the meals were something we were slightly worried about on the first day -when we found out they mainly served local fish and meat dishes at the hotel. (which I believe would be amazing for non vegans I’m sure) But the management were so kind and helpful that the next day they found delicious solutions to make the local dishes with tofu, tempeh, mushrooms and whatnot. If you want a taste of the real Thailand, want to meet local people and if you are interested in their culture and way of living then this is the place to be. I’d thought I’d write a book as review about how an amazing time we’ve had at this place but I don’t want to ruin other people’s first impression either. Let’s say it was one of the most surprising, unexpected and uncommon holiday experience of our lives. I certainly would’ve stayed a little longer to get to know some more of these lovely locals and experience some more of that simple happiness of just being.

Libong de loft ลิบงเดอลอฟท์ se nachází v destinaci Ko Libong v regionu Koh Libong. Jen 1,6 km odtud je Pláž Panyang Beach. Really cozy place to stay and chill. The room was lovely and a traditional Thai breakfast was provided every morning along with bottles of water for the day. The best thing about the property though has to be the hosts! What a lovely couple. They were so kind to myself and my partner and made us feel very welcomed and totally at home. We had some cool conversations where one of the hosts demonstrated her impressive English! She also educated us on the 2 different types of mango trees they have on the land and also prepared one of the sweet fruits for us, it was delicious! The husband also makes his own coffee and we were lucky enough to try that too! I believe we tried a medium roast and it did not disappoint. But as a whole, the hosts really made our stay special.

This little slice of heaven is the perfect place to unwind on Koh Libong. It’s comfortable, peaceful and beautiful and the lovely family who run it can’t do enough to help. The food is amazing and although it’s away from the fishing village and resort area, it’s very easy to get around and there are scooters to use and they are always happy to drive you places if needed. Best place to stay on the island!

Baan Namthip Homestay Trang บ้านน้าทิพย์ โฮมสเตย์ตรัง se nachází v destinaci Ban Huai To (1) a poskytuje ubytování s zahradou, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm, terasou a barem. If you want to experience local culture, this is the place to go. San is a great host, he knows so much about what to do and see in the area, you can ask him anything. He always does his best to help you. He also took us to the local elementary school so that we could interact with the kids, for them to practice their English. Very nice experience. He also did laundry for us for a low price and cooked us some home made dinner. Everything was perfect, I would gladly come back.

BanSoi 1 & Alley One Cafe se nachází v destinaci Trang a poskytuje zahradu, nekuřácké ubytování, bezplatné Wi-Fi a terasu. Jen 300 metrů odtud je Trang Clock Tower. incredibly clean, good location, friendly people who seem to live for their little hotel.
