Excellent location in an area where tourists have not yet reached. There are many local establishments nearby. You can walk, but it's better to rent a scooter. We were offered two rooms to choose from: one with windows facing the street and the other facing the courtyard. We chose a room with windows facing the street - it's noisier here, but it's bright. The hotel is located on a busy street, so you can hear the cries of "ban mi" and children singing songs at school. The hotel itself is very pleasant, very clean and with wonderful staff. A huge TV and a big bed. All plumbing is new, and there is no mold anywhere.

Location good for city and beach with good restaurants nearby. Quiet, clean apartment with good facilities. Good communication with owner- mainly via WhatsApp. We were particularly grateful for support and friendliness shown by the owner and family, who spent some time with us during a storm, when I was feeling very worried.
