Such a good location on the other side of the lake from old town. A little calmer and more quiet! Room was great and there was everything you need. No problem checking in in the middle of the night. No problem leaving our big bags while we were away for a week. Great costumer service!

Lovely homestay with all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel. The host could've not been more responsive to any questions or requests we had, and took care of our laundry for next to nothing too! Perhaps more importantly for a city like Hanoi, it's centrally located yet tucked just enough in the back corner that reaching the room and opening the large window we could actually hear bird song rather than incessant traffic noice or other people. So cherish it for the quiet hideaway it provides!
