Located in the center, close to parks, quite a few eateries and a good supermarket. Kitchen is well-equipped, there is a fridge and individual places to store food for the guests. Tea, instant coffee, sugar and spices for cooking are provided. If you buy the right coffee, Rubens, the owner, will show you where a geyser coffee maker is hidden. Clean, the showers and the toilets function well, there are curtains on beds for privacy, individual lights and electric plugs. Individual lockers in the rooms. Rubens and the staff are very friendly and helpful. No problems with wi-fi.

very communicative host, very accommodating with checkin/checkout times, en suite shower and bathroom worked well, wifi was excellent, room super clean, fridge, microwave, towels and other amenities in the room too. Great central location, within walking distance (25 mins) of most museums, attractions, parks, and shopping centre.
