I stayed here for three nights and had a very positive experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious, the dormitory was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had hot water 24/7. The location is perfect, close to the main attractions and public transport, actually just 10 mins by walk from the main area. There is one big supermarket the next door and one supermarket 3 mins away. The free Wi-Fi was fast. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers and backpackers 😊

I really liked the fact that this is NOT a party hostel, instead it is a peaceful and clean hostel. I appreciated the availability of HOT water for showering and the fact that I never had to wait in line to use the bathroom. The host is very friendly and helpful. The hostel is located in an amazing location of the city where you can walk to endless sights, cafes, restaurants, shops and more. Without hesitation, I recommend this accommodation.

We were lucky enough to stay at San Lux twice within a week while traveling from Belgrade to Novi Sad to Subotica and back. Although our stay was short it was really comfortable and cozy, the rooms were clean and without the smell of nicotine (which is very important for us). There was everything you need to the smallest detail including an excellent Internet connection, TV, kitchen appliances. The view from the big room was lovely. Our host Jelena was very friendly and welcoming, she was always in touch and immediately issued the white card for us. We want to thank Jelena and San Lux for the hospitality and we are happy to recommend this hotel. We'll definitely stay here next time we travel to Novi Sad!
