Friendly staff; Jens being an absolute hero for going beyond to help when I found that I had left stuff at the airport, and his recommendations are top! The room doesn't have a view, but it was comfortable and cosy enough. The common area has an amazing view and was homely and warm - I especially liked that it had different sections that suited various needs and moods.

I really liked my stay at the facility. It’s very clean, staff is super friendly and helpful. Pretty quiet at night and breakfast is rich. The rooms and halls are spacious, working elevator is such a big plus. The location is good, the train station is near and Alcatraz festival site is 30 minutes walk
