The receptionist helped us with information on how to come from Santa Marta airport and booked a bus for us from this place to Cartagena. You can refill your bottle of water. It's 10 minutes by bus from Tayrona national park.

Loved waking up to the sounds of howling monkeys and birds. Lots of macaws, very entertaining with the dogs. I would love to come back. The location was inside the park. We took the collective minivan to the beach (5000cop), some walked but as we were hiking later we preferred this cheap transport. We opted for a horseback ride to Cabo and it was just us two plus the guide and it was a very pleasant relaxed ride..(60000cop).

Honestly, I could live here! This hostel is a - came for 3 days, stayed 2 weeks - type of hostel. Thank you Will for creating a home away from home. Everything about this place is so beautiful! The way it is decorated, the relaxed vibe, the most beautiful big swimming pool I have ever seen in a hostel. The place is clean and I was impressed by its design, it could have even been a luxury lodge if it wasnt for the beautiful dorms. And all of this in the middle of the jungle. Spotting birds, even toucans, lizards and different types of Monkeys just from out of the pool! Sugey is a most talented chef and the food has always been delicious, filling and healthy and really good value for money. The walk to get to the hostel adds some extra value. Just go barefeet, feel the earth, pause for a moment in the cool water of the creek and listen to the sounds of the jungle all around you. It makes you reconnect with yourself and nature. This is a hostel for nature lovers. There is lots to see and do in the area as well. Will has plenty of good recommendations. I highly recommend this hostel and I am sure I will be back!
