The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and competent, we felt very welcome and comfortable. The room is big and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good with a choice of breads, cheeses, cereals and yoghurts.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place. All the staff is very friendly and helpful! This place has a nice location, you are close from many places to explore around. We also loved they are pet friendly!

Hostal La Rosa Otavalo se nachází v centru města Otavalo. Nabízí rodinné pokoje, terasu a výhled na město. The room was big and wel equipped and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice as well, and the shower had hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was very complete (coffee or tea, juice, fruit, toast and eggs). The staff was really nice :) Thank you Diego for being such a good host!

Breakfast consisted of eggs, fruit, coffee, juice and a sandwich, all very good. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. I felt safe walking during the day to the main cathedral and parque. The natural beauty of the area is a plus, as Ibarra is surrounded by beautiful mountains.

I rarely give the maximum rating of "10" to the hotels where I live, since everywhere you can find some shortcomings. But we liked this small hotel so much that we stayed for several days instead of one night. Lovely clean rooms, superbly equipped kitchen with all utilities, large veranda with beautiful views of the city and mountains. The location is very convenient, 7 minutes walk to the city center.
