In summer the place probably fills up, but during shoulder season there were only a handful of guests, which made the whole building feel almost too peaceful. At night it turns cold, quiet, and just a little eerie, like staying in a very polite fortress that whispers good night in stone. Step outside and within a minute you are staring at cliffs, ancient walls, and rooftops that arrange themselves into postcard perfection even when you are just trying to find the exit. Five stars. A huge but cozy hostel with great breakfast, mountain calm, and front row access to one of the most cinematic towns in Spain.
