I checked in around 12 AM, and despite the late hour, the staff were incredibly accommodating. Dan at reception was still there close to 1 AM, welcoming, friendly, and patient. He even gave me a free upgrade, which was a great surprise, and pointed me toward places still serving food that late at night. The property itself was very clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The location was convenient and made getting around Hong Kong easy. Overall, this hostel offered far more than I expected—great service, great staff, and a very clean environment. I’d gladly stay again and highly recommend it to other travelers.
