Staying at this hotel in Florence was a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. First of all, the location is excellent — very close to the tram stop, which made it easy to get around the city. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the room always tidy and well-prepared. The service was outstanding, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was also a highlight — delicious, varied, and high quality. The price-to-quality ratio was absolutely fair. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would gladly stay here again in the future!

I loved the place. It was superbly refreshing, welcoming and volunteers as well as team in general are dedicated to making their guests' stay most satisfying and unforgettable. The hostel is also equipped with everything one needs, and serves food and drink with plenty of choices on their menu! Definitely recommending the place and will most likely go there again when I visit Firenze again!

The hostel was great in location, excellent in atmosphere and vibrant in receptionist behavior. Specially Genei, Claudi and Simon were great. Ishaq was cooperative in night shift. Hats off to Hotello Bello.

First time in hostel, after breakup traveling solo.. I found perfect one for my first solo travel. Room is spacious enough, everybody got their own locker. Hostel provided towels, soap, shower gel. Bed sheets are clean. Each bunk bed has its own light and charger.. Didnt use plenty of other facilities , and there are plenty, because I was out all day discoverjng Florence. I was placed in another building , not main one, and it was quiet. Had no trouble sleeping, bed and pillow was comfortable. I was in mixed dormutory and there was no problem using bathroom. I would reccomend. I guess each experience is different, but mine was positive.

Best hostel I ever stayed in. Excellent showers. Everything was super clean. Great location! Everything I needed. Plus a great vibe/ atmosphere.

The great place to explore Volterra and its surroundings by car with family and dog. Volterra's historic center is within walking distance, free parking, plenty of space for walking the dog around. Surprisingly, when you enter the courtyard from the street, where the restaurant is located, you immediately feel that the temperature is a few degrees lower and the scorching heat is not so strong here. The room is spacious and comfortable, it is very convenient to rest in it after traveling around the area. Helpful staff, cleanliness, the atmosphere of an ancient monastery, especially in the restaurant, surrounded by ancient frescoes.
