Icchan and his family's hostel was the perfect place for our stay in Nagoya - so convenient to the train station and supermarkets. Perfect for our family with two kids. The standout though was Icchan's wonderful help and recommendations which made our exploration of Nagoya so much more enjoyable and interesting. He even saved me from heading to the wrong airport with the kids when we departed which would have been a complete disaster. We will definitely come back again and recommend the Glocal to all our family and friends. Thanks for a wonderful stay Icchan!

It is above a bar of some sort but it wasn't loud and didn't seem to be open past 9 or 10. There are numerous small restaurants, cafes and bakeries in the area as well.
