This property is within walking distance to the famous pedestrian strip Real de Guadalupe and the indigenous Market where you can find everything fresh fruit to nuts ,clothing, jewelry beautiful traditional handmade crafts. The very welcoming atmosphere of this beautiful and very comfortable hostel is just amazing! Everything is so well taken care of and the staff Jose Luis and his son are so friendly and really caring for your well being. The cleanliness of the bathroom, the free use of the washing machine, the nice view on the roof overlooking the mountain area of San Cris. The kitchen is so well equiped and inviting to do your cooking, there is coffee and cookies and tea always available and a big fridge to store your stuff and spices you can use while preparing some food and the kitchen is super spacious and always clean! The hostal is a quiet heaven in a lovely side street of the more busy walking area. Staying in this hostel made my time in San Cristobal de las Casas a very memorable one. It was like being part of the family not a guest in a hostal. Thanks so much. Hope to visit again one day.
