There is a mini pool as well, but we did not use it.

Always asking if he could make us more comfortable. The place is kept super clean! . Easy walk to Las Penitas if you need to mingle with a lot of tourists.

Tady budete mít vše co potřebujete. Ubytovani je velmi utulné, čisté sprchy i kuchyně. Patrik s námi stravil příjmné večery s pivem a kvalitní konverzací. Dokonce nám pomohl zarezervovat vylet na želvy. Je to jen pár kroku od pláže a přes ulici je obchod s potravinami.

Especially Mayerling at the reception, was so helpfull for me and my friends! Helps us to book excursions, bus and also help us to plan the next days around Nicaragua, I would completely recommend it!

The place itself is charming, has a very homely vibe with the pool, the fountain and lounge area with a hammock and coffee tables. The room was spacious, clean, and had A/C. The bed was comfortable and big. The staff were very attentive. They cook breakfast for you every morning with a nice cup of coffee, and you just feel like you're staying at a relative's home. We were an LGBT couple travelling and we felt very welcome. It was very quiet and it was great to rest for a few days while enjoying the city of Leon. We paid about 45$ per night in a double room with AC including the 17% tax (we had not picked this up from the Booking breakdown and it was an unpleasant surprise), which I think is still good value.
