Stunning scenery and our stay was made by the amazing Ram who is the Nepali man who runs the place single handed. His endless smile, great simple food and hospitality makes this place what it is. I really hope the owner looks after and pays him well.. he never stops, tip him, I did , he makes this place a 10/10 Jim from New Zealand

Amazing views in the top of Jabbal Shams. The price is a bit high, but considering you take the whole apartment is quite special. Ideally to travel with friends or with family if you are able to get to the top, which can be done by 4x4.

Magical oasis in the middle of a mud village.
Very well renovated and decor is of great taste.
Peaceful spot with the sound of water and sourrounded by palm trees.
Whole villa is private, no food offered but we dis taleaway from a restaurant nearby. The villa is even more magical at night

Great value In ideal location in Nizwa. Emmjay is an excellent host and it’s worth staying at the property to hear his infectious laugh. Property was clean and filtered water was always available.

Great location and authentic hotel.
Perfect to explore surroundings and jebel chams
Rooms are basic, but clean and nicely decorated.
Nice roof terrace.
Breakfast is toast, eggs and apple/fruits.
The owner will make sure you have a good stay and give you advice on how to explore the area. Make sure to rent a scooter from him and explore the small pathways between the palms.
